Sam is a bilingual (English & Arabic) personal assistant on WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Your WhatsApp number and profile name, the messages and voice notes you send, details you ask Sam to save (such as reminders, notes and delivery details), your phone number and call recordings or summaries if you use Sam's phone line, calendar events and email sender/subject lines if you connect Google, Outlook/Microsoft or another mailbox (read-only; an app password for other mailboxes is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect any time by telling Sam), and your subscription plan and basic usage logs.
To understand your requests and reply, deliver features (reminders, briefs, info lookups, voice-note handling), operate and secure the service, and manage your plan.
WhatsApp (message delivery, via a self-hosted gateway), Anthropic (replies), Groq (voice transcription and voice replies), Vapi and Twilio (phone calls), Supabase (data), Gumroad (payments), Google and Microsoft (only if you connect them), and Render (hosting). We do not sell your data.
We keep account and reminder data while you use Sam. You can request access, correction, or deletion any time at aiedgelebcom@gmail.com.
